My brother has lost his phone but cant sign in to his account to cancel his plan because there is no other way to sign in with his account. It sends a code to his phone but his phone is lost so he cant enter the code. how does he cancel his account?

Call and verify the information to prove he is the account owner and then ask to cancel, or get a new SIM card mailed to him and re-sign up

@canadian_made are you sure he wants to cancel rather than suspend the account? Cancelling the account will lose his phone number.
