I have a Canadian Samsung Galaxy S20. Public Mobile's website said that my phone was eSIM compatible but then the app said that my phone was not. I would like to cancel the subscription and have the purchase refunded. Thank you.

I think S20 eSIM had some problems with PM and I recall people talked about it
if you don't want to activate physical sim, them ask PM for a full refund
You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them
