Long distance calls no working

If not, you can’t call LD from Canada on PM.

More details would be helpful.  

Which country are you calling?  How are you dialing the number?

Not all countries are covered by the long distance add ons.

@Mar07 are you trying to call within Canada? If not, where are you calling to? Do you have any international long distance add-ons that are active and have you confirmed your country is on that list?
