Is the country you are calling on this PM list:
If not, you can’t call LD from Canada on PM.
long distance to where...in Canada or somewhere else ? Do you have a long distance add-on for calling outside Canada ? More info please.

Which country are you calling? How are you dialing the number?
Not all countries are covered by the long distance add ons.
@Mar07 are you trying to call within Canada? If not, where are you calling to? Do you have any international long distance add-ons that are active and have you confirmed your country is on that list?
