Canada-Wide service but got message - no more available minutes

Is this a SIM card problem? I can not make any long distance calls.

I tried turning the phone off and after 10 minutes, it still didn't work.

usually a reboot would help.  But you can also try to call with a 1 in front of the 10 digits number

but if same,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

@DrSaxMusic1, you may need to try turning the phone off again and waiting a minute before turning it back on, some have reported needing to do this more than once and then it cleared up for them. If the problem still continues you can reach out to a CS_agent by clicking on the small orange round circle in the bottom right corner, then type: Customer Support Agent
