Hi

 

I pay for Canada and US minutes, but  always get "you've used up your minutes" message . Odd, because I v'e been able to dial to the US for a couple of months. We have 2 phones. Service has worked great for years. My husband has the basic plan. I have the fancy plan with data. Now I can't get the US minutes. Want to cancel my subscription. How do I do this

Please elaborate...are you both wanting to cancel your Public Mobile account ? If you're considering quitting PM and going to a different provider...make sure your PM account is active until you port your number to new provider. When ported successfully, your PM account will automatically deactivate.

For talk while in US, please ensure you're connected to the best of either AT&T or T-Mobile. 

For best talkability in USA, you need to have a VoLTE compliant cellphone that Public Mobile has allowed VoLTE to be turned on...otherwise you won't be able to send or receive calls while in USA. What make is the cellphone you use in USA ?

You can cancel by disabling Auto-pay (called Subscribed) from My Account, Payment, Manage Subscription 

But why not try to fix it Try Reset Network Settings, then calling by adding 1 in front of the 10 digits. Or ask PM to provision the account again

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
