I have a 'CAN-US-MEX' plan, and after spending a week in Puerto Vallarta, I can't say that the mobile internet was perfect. It didn't matter whether I used Movistar or AT&T. Maybe someone can recommend what I should change in the settings

@Vitalii   Slow and sometimes it wasn't working at all

Did voice calls and texting work?  Are you still in Mexico or now back in Canada?

hi @Vitalii did you try other carrier?

@Vitalii

give Telcel a try, see if that helps. (There's other PM'ers in PV...maybe he can contribute to the experience)

were you moving around or stationary ? If you were in a condo or apt building using data...perhaps the network signal was weak where you were located. Concrete/steel building construction can degrade the signal perdy dramatically. I had no such issues while I was in Mazatlan...service was just as it would be at home. AT&T and Movistar are available while Telcel is the predominate network there. No pasa nada amigo.

@Vitalii   When you say it wasn't perfect what do you mean exactly, data was hit and miss, slow, didn't work at all?  I assume you had data roaming turned on for that.  But did voice calls and texting work?

hi @Vitalii

do you see Telcel?  try it.  And try other mobile carrier your phone can pick up, we were told more than AT&T and telcel

and try 3G and 4G network mode, that could affect the reception.
