Change of plan

I'd love to switch my subscription.

From CanUSMex 60gb to Canada 4GB 4G plan. my renewal date is tomorrow. 

I'm logged into the app but the switch isnt happen. please advise.

I submitted a support ticket about this yesterday. i dont mind cancelling if my desired plan isnt available

Hello @Aby99 

If you don't see the plan on your app, the plan won't be available to you. You can however, from my understanding, downgrade slowly. One level at a time till you get tho the plan you want. You just have to see what offers you have on the app. And, you'd have to do it more than 1 day in advance as the system won't recognize it.

Did you already select Change Plan on Renewal ? If so, it’ll change when your next renewal occurs.
