Logged in but can;t see account info

I logged in to the website to update my credit card info for billing, but when I click on My Account nothing happens. No account info is visible anywhere. Is it a temporary problem or am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Sorry John, this is more of an add to your comment rather than reply. I too, am experiencing same thing today. Tried logging off, cleared cache and browser history, tried using desktop vs phone and still no account info displays. Clicking "my account" does nothing. Not even an option to logout. I think the website is broken. Sometimes it's glitchy. I understand what I'm paying and don't expect the full services that other companies provide but at least have a reliable working website that I could self serve. Please fix, Public Mobile!

If you just created a new account, you might not see anything. I would also try to clear your browser cache and history. If you dont want to do that, use private window/incognito mode.

Try reloading and if that doesn't work then try signing with incognito tab. If still nothing then try submitting a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.

You can try to clear cache, log out and wait 1 hour and log back in. If that still doesn't work, if possible try another device.
If still not luck, send a message to customer service representative at the link below.
