My plan has unlimited calling and texting in Canada and yet I can’t call out or receive calls why.

Hi @Kerryt 

1. Did you check on the PM mobile application/website that your plan is actual unlimited calls + texting, maybe there were some changes ? Just to confirm that the plan is valid. 

2. I assume your payment is up2date and there is no delays.

3. You may want to open a ticket with Customer Support if all above is valid:

4. Also as suggested maybe to reboot the phone (solving issues sometimes).

Been with PM for 2 years and I am getting voice message that I have run out of minutes every time I try to call out move to Roger’s tired of this. If Telus can’t fix the problem with Public I am gone.

@Kerryt hi,

Can you provide more information:

1. Did you just join PM ? if yes was your number ported properly and you can see service bars on the mobile phone ?

2. What error do you see ?

3. Any additional information related to phone/connection/troubleshooting steps will be very helpful to assess the issue and provide some guidance.

@Kerryt A few more details would be helpful. Did you just join / port in a number from a different carrier? Did the service ever work and now it doesn't? Have you tried rebooting the phone?
