When I did the login using my email and password, the system always send me back to the home page and I never was able to access my account page.
Neither on computer, neither on the app. I already changed my browser, incognito mode, cleaned the cache...
Nothing solve the problem.
Someone can help me, please?

Yes, I contacted CCTS. My login hasn't been working since I responded here. Cache was cleared then. Today, it decided to work. This is horrid. I understand self serve, but provide a tool that actually works so I can "self" serve. What a joke.

I have spent 2.5 days trying to sort out issues. My service wasn't working and I couldn't log into the community section either to get help. How is this ok? Has anyone ever complained to CRTC? I understand this is self serve, but at the very least they can provide functioning "self serve" tools. What a joke.
The CRTC doesn't handle complaints directly from custoemrs about Public Mobile's services. You would need to approach the CCTS if you're unable to have Public Mobile fix these issues. However, please be aware that one of CCTS's main purpose is to get the customer and carier to communicate with each other. In the end, it might actually be faster to continue working directly with Public Mobile.
