Yes, I contacted CCTS. My login hasn't been working since I responded here. Cache was cleared then. Today, it decided to work. This is horrid. I understand self serve, but provide a tool that actually works so I can "self" serve. What a joke.
It's not working in Incognito/private mode either. The system hasn't been working for me for several days now.I have spent 2.5 days trying to sort out issues. My service wasn't working and I couldn't log into the community section either to get help....
