Hello i'm locked out of my account. I tried many things but I get redirected to chatbot or receive errors at every turn.... Why is it so hard to contact customer service ?

HI @Cedric1   You are already logged into your Community account here with Cedric1.  I think the prompt was asking you the My Account login

 

But you can also just message them directly, no login needed:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

I didn't receive the emails to reset password, even connecting to community was complicated... I got the error message "Error loggin in". I tried a different browser and i finally got the email to reset my password. Thank you.

For info I was using Microsoft Edge.

HI @Cedric1   Try the Forgot Password there to reset it yourself

 

If you need further help, open ticket with CS Agent at 

https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. First type: "Forgot log in information"
  2. Then Click "Contact Us"
  3. Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Account support at PM is done through tickets or private message to agents.

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
