Hello i'm locked out of my account. I tried many things but I get redirected to chatbot or receive errors at every turn.... Why is it so hard to contact customer service ?
I was not able to use the ticket system as I understand I need to connect to my community account and I got the message "error loggin in". And the link is redirecting me to Simon the chatbot.
