Hello,
I recently missed my payment for the next billing cycle, and then my phone was cut off.
I want to log back in, but i forgot I changed the password, so I got locked out. It said to wait an hour.
I waited five days, then

@tinypizza Wait one full hour and try again incognito mode private mode or from another device or computer , also can try the app too instead . But you can buy payment vouchers and load them *611 and resume services right and worry about log in later . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help

If you’ve been locked out and are unable to change your password to get back in I’d suggest reaching out to support. While you wait for support to respond if you are in a rush to restore your service you could purchase a voucher from shoppers, a gas station, or from a service like Muskbird (they sell ones that instantly add to your account as well as ones you have to manually add). If you purchase a voucher you can add it using *611 and use that to restore your service.
