Missed my text for number transfer can't get to customer support

I missed my call from fizz to transfer my number, now it's expired and when I try to contact customer service from PM to start the process again it just takes me in circles. 

It wants me to sign into my account when I press sign in it doesn't take me anywhere or it says error. So now I'm stuck.

@Hayleyhong  No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you , and get it fixed !
