is said said something about someone may be trying to access to change my details. But i can't log in no matter what i do, i've reset the password, talked to the chatbot, now i've sent a message to cs_agent i think it was if that's how i even contact customer support. is there anyway to resolve this immediately?

Hello @bvwalker4 ... What you want to do is this. Wait one hour from the last time you tried logging in. Then open whichever browser you use, click in the search part and enter the word cache. This should bring up your browser cache. You want to clear the entire history of it. Not just the last 30 days or whatever it offers, you want clear everything. Then close your browser, reopen it and then click on the private browser option or incognito mode. Then try to log in again. This "should" resolve the issues.

If you created a ticket through chatbot then you have to wait until agent gets in touch with you.
No other way...
What error do you get when trying to log in? Wrong password or something else. Changing pass is not a good idea in case of log in failure as PM might have some issues behind the scene.
Using different browser, incognito mode clearing cookies, etc. BEFORE changing pass is better idea.
