Hi
I'm locked out of my account and unable to pay my bill. I would not like to have any penalty charges for not paying the bill on time.
Can you help with this? I moved my number out of public mobile since the customer service and data plan is disastrous. But now I'm unable to pay my last bill as I'm locked out

@softech - unless the OP is talking about a different account, they said they ported out of public, so the Forgot Password will not do anything for them, cause it shouldn't work since their account should be closed. 🙂

Self service isn't for everyone, but there are many happy customers here at Public Mobile 😁.
Hopefully you get this resolved quickly and good luck with your new provider.

@deepikagprakash there is no penatly charge for not paying ontime. BUT.. since PM is prepaid, the service swill be suspended if you don't pay ahead or if Pre-Authorized payments fail
First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works
if not, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

There is no bill. There is no penalty. There is no arrears. If you transferred your number out then the account closes. Keep an eye out on your credit card around the time this account would have renewed.

@deepikagprakash If you ported your number out successfully then your account is closed and you owe nothing
