I am unable to get back into my account after it erred when trying to activate my phone over to Public from Virgin. When I try to log into my account it does not recognize that an account exists. What should I do?

Try waiting an hour. Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.

@swloney check to see if your credit card was charged and install the sim in your phone to see if you have service. then speak to Moderators to fix your account
