my credit card expired and my account is locked. How do i add my new credit card card for payment?

but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

@grace77 Wait one full hour and try again might have to wait up to 25 hours but try with new web browser and use incognito mode / private mode or use the app instead , but if in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drink mart 7-11 / shell gas station and load the funds *611 to resume service right away
