@Duffer2022 Try the APP instead of the website and when you do try the website try using new web browser window using incognito mode / private mode or from a buffet device even there’s lots of cache issue with PM , if no luck if you can wait 24 hours before trying again might have better luck . But if your in a rush you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 shell gas station and load the funds *611 to resume services right away if needed and worry about credit card info later
