@brownie make sure you keep checking the inbox on the upper right (envelop icon) , PM agent will work with you by messaging you there. Also, let us know how long the whole process take. Usually it should not take too long.

I successfully submitted a ticket and will wait for a support tech to reset my account.

you have to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and they will Reset for you,

@brownie if you need to open ticket with PM Customer Support Agent using chatbot, follow this to get to ticket opening page quicker:
type: Forgot log in information
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket successfully opened, keep checking your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) CS Agent will communicate with you there

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.

@brownie did you try Forgot Password link? Enter the email you registered for My Account and then answer the Security question. (if you are unsure of the email address used, in fact you can enter all the possible ones and see which one got you to Step 2)
If you cannot get through Forgot password to reset the password, you will have to open ticket with PM to have it reset

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
