Hello, I just purchased iphone 16 pro and I insert the current SIM in it. It states that SIM is not supported . it requires to unlock. I was asked to request PUK from my current carrier. so could you please provide me PUK or unlock my SIM.

@kinu , where did you source the phone? Maybe it is the phone that is locked to a particular carrier. If you are in need of a SIM PUK code, please follow the help article below.

@kinu If you need sim PUK unlock code support can help , but if that phone is locked to another carrier like bell you will need to ask them or whatever carrier you got the phone from to unlock it
