I’m new to PM and I was wondering if someone could tell me what the points can be used for and what is the value of one point?
Thanks Wm2

@Wm2 Each point is with $1 and you get 5% back on plan spend and all other purchases you will get 10 points once a year on your anniversary and each friend refferal you earn 1 point every 30 days they stay . You can use points to buy add on at discounted price or once you have 15 points you can redeem $15 off your bill from the rewards portal in your account just browse the catalog to see what’s available for redemption. Also you can earn points here in the community by participating and helping answering questions that other have like I’m trying to do here now by replying to your questions . Regular customers like you and I can earn up to 15 points every month in the community

- 5% Points-Back from every payment (less taxes)
- 10 points given once a year on your anniversary.
- Refer-a-Friend will get you 1 point for each month that your referral stays with PM
- Give Back (from 1 point up to 20 points by contributing in the Public Mobile Community).
Public Points can be redeemed towards a $15 bill credit (requires 15 points), or for ad-ons like international long distance minutes, more data, etc (starting at 5 points and up). The $15 bill credits will not happen automatically, you’ll need to redeem your points in your account manually add them for your next bill.
Essentially, 1 point = $1 in the rewards catalog
