I activated my new account with Public Mobile yesterday Dec 3, 2024 and I forgot to enter the referral code of the friend who referred me. Can this be done after the fact?

Yes, you can send a ticket for customer service agent to manually enter the referral code.
Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website. Follow prompts to submit a ticket. Response times are much longer than usual. Usual response times 1-2 hours, but these days, even 1-2 days.
