I have only ever called or had text message and do not seem to have my email attached to my account. Hoping someone can help me.
Once I have do this I can update my payment method as my card is about to expire.

When did you activate your Public Mobile service? I'm pretty sure you have to provide an email to activate an account. Contact a CS agent to get help with this.

@Jamton If you activated in store awhile back it’s possible you never set up a my account in this case you would need supports help to creat your account and up date payment info
