I don’t have access to my account. It says forbidden. And log me off automatically. I put my a email and password and receive the evensafe code and system don’t let me in. Pay for a plan 50 gb data and I don’t have service

others have reported similar issues today, but message customer support for them to investigate for you. Give them your acct #, ph #, name on acct, PM pin # etc...
