I just received the PM message that says welcome and to restart my phone. I still have 2 signals , one from my previous network and one from PM. Should I just wait?

Do you mean turn off the koodo sim and try out the e-sim from PM?

@PatrishaR try the PM SIM card in your phone and reboot the device and test for incoming and outgoing calls text and data
