I been trying for few months to get my parent logged back into their account. Tried password resetting, different browser etc. Never get past your account is locked.
I am confident I need an agent to intervene. Looking forward to private message from one to send them my dad's number and email etc

This was my reference for a solution to your issue but like many other reference posts it's been archived or hidden from Public view. Ask support to reference the solution contained in it to see if it will work for you?
