I see Black Friday deal end on Dec 2, but what time will be end? I’m in Vancouver bc. Thanks

It will probably end just before midnight on December 2 EST (8:59pm Pacific).
Best to grab the deal and switch on your Next Renewal date so you won't loss out. But there could be deals for Cyber Monday or Boxing day.
