if you have a plan with limited calling minutes, you might have used up the LD minutes as suggested above. You can buy the 500 minutes of Canada wide calling add-on for $5. Those minutes roll over until you use'em up...even if that takes several months or more.
You can also log into your account then go to Subscriptions and Addons, then you'll see Subscription Usage. View Usage History. There you will see if you've called any long distance numbers. At least you'll see proof you have or you have not called LD.
@Stray , if you are viewing on a browser, try using incognito mode. If viewing on the mobile app, try clearing app data. There could be a caching problem at work here.
