Before I sign up, new sim card delivery says 2 business days but when I checked out, the expected delivery is 10 days which is Sept 12, but I need the sim card in 2 days before I travel on September 6th.
Can I change to pickup the sim card instead

honest, it is quicker to just get a PM sim card if you can get to a Telus or Koodo store
but if you want to change to esim, you will need support agent's help. Please message them:

How can we switch to esim now when everything is already paid for?

if your cell is able to accept esim...they are available for gratis to new customers and you gettem right away.

sim delivery is usually 10 days or even longer.
if you need it earlier, you might want to buy it in person from Telus or Koodo store
you can try to ask PM support agent to reimburse you the extra you paid
