Keeping my promotion

Yossy107

Hello there,

So on November 26th I subscribed to the $34 promotion for 40GB on 5G. Then I thought I might be a better deal to take advantage of the $40 promotion for 50GB on 5G before renewal which I clicked on.  But I then decided I wanted to keep my current $34 40GB 5G promotion. Is it still possible for me to do that?

@Yossy107 you can try login again using Incognito mode, or you can message support and ask them to cancel the scheduled plan change for you

It's having loading issues. I also attempted to write a ticket about it, but the website is down right now.

Let me know if you might have other input. Thanks

I tried it clicking on the link and saw where it's says cancel my renewal, but it's having problems loading.

HI @Yossy107

try this link using mobile browser

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-plan-add-on

(or go to Subscription & Add-on page)

and you should see something like this, click Cancel Scheduled Change

HI @Yossy107

go back to My Account, click Change Subscription and you should see it showing the scheduled change , just click cancel and it is all you need

It hasn't changed yet. I have to wait till Dec 26th for it to change.

However, I can't find the option where I can cancel the change on renewal date.

Is there a way to guide me to it?

Just to add to @HALIMACS comments, if you changed it for the renewal date and it hasn't changed yet, you can go into your subscription and cancel the change. But if it's already changed, gonna have to wait till the next great deal...  which I think is just round the corner....

If you did an IMMEDIATE change away from the $34 plan with 40 GB, no you cannot go back to it - yet @Yossy107

That is, until PM offers it again for existing customers, which they might, so just stay tuned for upcoming 'specials' over the next week.

And please, when changing plans, always choose to 'change on renewal' otherwise with immediate plan changes, you forfeit what was left on your cycle and there's NO refunds or prorations of any kind around here.
