when I subscribed to Public Mobile two days ago I immediately saw a promotion which I signed up for immediately. I was billed $35 twice and I would like one of these charges to be erased

I have spent an eternity trying to message customer support. I keep getting error messages or non-responsive pages and get looped back to where I began.

Best to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon then type in “Submit a Ticket” then Contact to connect with an agent. Or dm them at:

If you are an existing member and switched to another plan and clicked to switch NOW. You will be charged for the old plan and new plan. If this was the case, you should have clicked on to switch on your NEXT RENEWAL.

you should have selected Change On Renewal rather then Change Plan Now. You opted for Change Now so you pay now and forfeit any balance of time on initial plan. No pro-rating of old plan costs. 

Message Customer Support using the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start the process.
