I tried ordering a public mobile SIM card on my phone with two different browsers. I tried two different browsers on my computer. Every time I tried it said, "Invalid address". I know what my address is, it is not invalid. I don't live in some far off remote location. This seems like a glitch on the website. As I type in my address, there appears to be something loading, which I assumed would be a list of options to choose from. This list never opens up, so I just use the address I typed in. And each time I try to submit I get invalid address. very frustrating!
I don't use Amazon, I went to wallmart they said they don't carry them any more. There is no public mobile store near by. Does Telus store sell publilc mobile SIM cards?

Hey @Public-David
Here's another option that hasn't been mentioned.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
It would be $10 plus tax. However, using @SourDude1234 link to a CS Agent, they'd gladly credit your account the $10 just not the taxes.

try using this link...but mailing could take 3 or 4 weeks for delivery.

@Public-David if you have a Telus, Koodo or Mobile Klinik store near you then you can pick up a SIM card in person for $10. If you order directly from Public Mobile it can take up to 3 weeks to arrive by Canada Post and there is no tracking. We bought ours at a Telus store to avoid waiting.

Hi,
Try ordering on another device.
If it still does not work, staff could order it for you.
