Can you make my SIM card active? Money was withdrawn from my bank account for activating the tariff

Activating the tariff? PM doesn’t have anything to do with the tariff.

If you activated the SIM card through the Public Mobile app, and you see the funds withdrawn from your credit card, then try rebooting your device, toggling airplane mode on/off, or resetting network connections to see if that establishes a connection to the Public Mobile network.
