My bank card was stolen so I can't pay for my plan. I have to take the bus to town tomorrow because I live far away from the branch where I have to get my replacement card. But I really need my phone to get to town. I can pay after tomorrow. I just need it.now. please 🥺

Since PM is a prepaid service. This means no pay…no service.
I don’t think you will get any sympathy here because we are members like you on the Community.
One option is to use WhatsApp or TextNow app when you are connected to wifi for free calling and texting for a day until you get your replacement CC. There should be free wifi around for you to connect to.

We are just customers like you, so there's nothing we can do. This is prepaid though, and I very much doubt staff will be able to do that anyway. You could direct message @CS_Agent to confirm though.
Another option is buying a voucher with cash as mentioned.

Are your services working? Did the bank refund any charges on the card? If so did that include this place? When is your renewal? Do you have any other online payment method? You can buy vouchers online.

I don't think you're going to get the requested extension by tomorrow morning (really this morning?), if at all. Your best bet, if you can, is to get to a store that sells PM vouchers and buy one with cash, to apply to your account.
