Incorrect Email used to when registering for Self serve

Hello,

I was hoping this helpful community can help my husband who has registered with an erroneous email address(i.e. does not belong to him) when registering for Self serve. He would like to contact a moderator to help him port his old number to public mobile. He Is unable to create a community account with an incorrect email address. Is there a way to contact the moderators on his behalf?

@azar2546  Unless he prefers you to do it, have him create a Community account and register with the email address he wishes to use. Either way, contact the moderators to request his account email address (username) be changed. Only they can do this.
