Incoming calls go to voicemail. Unable to retrieve voicemail. Phone states - error performing request, unknown error. Last few days unable to make outgoing calls. Payment up to date.

@Dorbar it should have nothing to do with plan change since it worked briefly after the change

Yes rebooted, reset settings. Lift a number into PM?? I changed plans a week ago but was working fine till 2 days ago.

Did you check if your account status is active? To avoid browser cache confusing, please login My account using Incognito mode to confirm account status
If it shows On Hold (Suspended) , then it is a payment issue. Click "Pay Now and Resume Services" to make a manual payment
If it shows active,
if nothing works, please message support for further investigation

@Dorbar Have you tried rebooting the phone . And or reset network settings ? And did you just port a number into PM ?
