Unable to retrieve voicemail. The prompt keeps repeating to enter mailbox number

The voicemail set up prompts keep repeating invalid box number

@Gio72  did you get that error recording right after you press and hold 1 to try to access voicemail?

If you go to phone dialer, Settings, what number is showing for the voicemail access number??

Try dialing 1-778-580-4001. Then we can see what your voicemail access number is.
