Hi! My Public Mobile > Account > Plans and Usage shows that I've already used 2.34 GB of my 3 GB plan, despite having only renewed my plan a few days ago. When I checked my Usage Plan, it also shows that I've only used < 300MB after the renewal - how can I get this corrected?

@paigedoskas try it.. the refresh spinner or Incognito mode should give you the realy reading

Try clicking the little circle arrow icon in the bottom right corner of the Plan usage "widget" in the self serve portal:

Call 611 to find out true usage. Self Serve can show old usage details. Click the refresh icon. If no luck, log out and log in to see if it gets updated.
