sim card is not working any more.

I do not for what reason, my sim card is not working any more recently, the data usage in the past one month is zero and I am not able to receive any text and phone call. Does anyone know how can resolve this issue?

I tried on different phones, Iphone cannot detect the sim card, the android can detect but service is not available.

Login to your account and check the status of your account. Make sure your account is Subscribed.

Or you can call 1-855-4PUBLIC on the status.

If it is suspended then you need to make a manual payment to restore service.

If you are having problems login to your account. Contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account.

Try restart Your Phone – A simple reboot can sometimes fix network issues. Check Airplane Mode – Make sure it's turned off and that Mobile Data is on. Or test Your SIM in Another Phone – If your SIM works in a different phone, the issue might be with your device.

Did you try take the sim out and reinsert? Or test in another phone?

Account showing active? Ask PM first to conform account is good. if so, ask them to pay for a new one.  you can buy a PM sim from Telus or Koodo store and ask PM to reimburse
