because my internet(telus) has a contract with my phone(koodo), my phone can't move to PM.
I want to cancel.

check here again for the porting eligibility of your number (it is a Koodo site but the result is the same for PM:

PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund, but if your issue is your number cannot be ported, maybe they will help out, message PM support and discuss with them
