Check on Facebook Marketplace for a reputable Device Reseller, sure the device is used but they'll usually have been inspected/tested and made proper for reuse before being resold to you, and you'll get a better deal.
I sell devices on Marketplace and know lots of fellow resellers, most of them offering warranty and guarantees, and proof of purchase as well.
Not everyone on Facebook or Kijiji is bad.
