When renewing my subscription I decided to upgrade to the 50/month 100GB plan. When trying to check out I received an error messaging saying my payment could not be completed at this time, but I checked my bank account and I was charged. My account is displaying that I did pay, but my data cap is still at 60gb. There is a receipt available for my upgrade payment, and I was charged, but I have no service because of the stupid error message.
Edit: nevermind, about half an hour later and it seems to have fixed itself.

what you see could be just cached info
Login My Account again using browser with Incognito mode and that would not be affected by cache
if you see the same thing, ask PM to confirm
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

it happens sometime. usually a device reboot and Reset Network Settings would work.
