How do I get in contact with anyone here who works for customer service. This is the worst system ive ever seen in my life i need help and i have to jump through hoops this seems anti user friendly.

I tried everything physical that i could do i even looked to see if my phone was updated. I have standard 20 gig and phone service.

When was your renewal?
Any chance to try your SIM in another phone? Maybe pulling out and reinserting SIM might improve something?
What services you do not have? All? Only internet, etc.?

I paid my phone bill but the service wont work and it says active, ive tried restarting my phone and everything

Did you try rebooting your phone since your account is active?

you need the help of a service rep if simon won't work for you use option 2

What kind of help do you need? Maybe we can help (customers like yourself)?
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:
