Your chat thing doesn't load any of its links and is honestly a really annoying loop. I am logged in why is it asking me to log in again with a link that does not load? 

Why do in have to post about this on a public forum?

Didn't see your reply but this is how in fixed it 

@Nononononono  Was that previous number with public mobile ? If so you cannot transfer number from one PM account  to another PM account . You would have to port it out to new carrier and back in on new PM account . But if the if the previous number has been suspended more then 90 days the account is closed and number gone . As for the eSIM check your phone setting siim manger maybe it already installed to the phone and just need to be set as primary / enabled or if iPhone they you toggle on “turn on this line . But I would just stick to physical sim over eSIM less hassle and easier to switch devices on the fly . In the end though it sounds like you will need some help form support as we can’t help with anything account related 

adding @Nononononono  check your welcome email for new account it should have the QR code there if not already installed on phone

you have to use the Public Mobile app to activate any new accounts now. You'll have apportunity to buy an esim in that process.

I had a previous number a long time ago. It says that number isn't valid for transfer. I signed up for a lower plan and it had me generate a new number. The esim refused to install, and now the app just loads into the account without any option to install the esim at all.

@Nononononono  They usually  reply in 1-2 hours some times longer but 

   After submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box

could be up to 24 hours...so good idea to pose your question here in the Community...we can likely help before Customer Support sees it. Give us a try.

Clear the cache on your browser and try login. You will need to type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent on Chatbot for an agent to help you.

Or pm a CS_Agent by click on your avatar then Messages>pen & paper icon and type in CS_Agent.

I can't submit a ticket because the link to the ticket doesn't load.
