I am having this issue. Fido disabled my hotspot access because they’ve changed their plans to now requiring a phone call and subscribing to hotspot access for $5/month. They did not tell me this when reading out the features of this new plan so I opted for it. When I noticed my hotspot missing I called them and they said there was nothing they could do without me subscribing for it. So here I am. Switched over to public because they allow hotspot access but it looks like I’m still locked out of it. The set up personal hotspot option in my phone settings tells me to contact public mobile to get it enabled.
Has anyone managed to get this fixed?? I’m using an iPhone

hi @Banana91
PM does not limit using of hotspot and does not lock the hotspot screen on the phone.
If you cannot find the Hotspot screen or see it locked, you have to Reset your phone to try to get the option unlocked. Or better to reach out to Apple for support
