I just port number from Fido to PM, but eSIM activation failed

whom I should contact with? Now my phone is in SOS state.

Hello, it sounds like the issue was fixed, I restart the cell phone, and checked eSIM options. 3 options were shown in the cellular menu. 

I found the status under my cell number is OFF, I turned ON, then SOS changed to a signal 😂. I found other two options like Personal, I clicked both these two options, and was asked if I want to upgrade them. I combined all into PM cell. OK, it showed a good state. It's first time for me to use eSIM! Thanks to all!

Thank to all, I sent message to CS_Agents, but did not get a new QR code until now 😪

@Jennifer-yu did you try to install the email by scanning the QR code on the email? And confirm if it is installed in shown in the phone

If it installed, try Reset All Networks

if it is not installed and not wotking, message support for further help or another eSIM

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Yes, I did receive the email(QR code) and text and respond yes

Thanks, MeOW. 

I did all the indicated steps and all steps successfully finished. some time(maybe 1h or tens minutes later), I got a pop-up message telling me activation failed....
