I got locked out of my PM online account

I got locked out of my public mobile self service account (since yesterday). I have tried waiting  overnight, and few hours at  a time during the day  but it is still showing my account is locked. I tried with incognito mode but it is still showing as account locked. I have created new account to access community and to ask for help

note:  my e-mail (user id) is  xxxxxx@

I need to update credit card info  for the payment to go through (currently service on hold due to inactive credit card#)

hi @Majda before you submit ticket, try using Incognito/ private/ secret mode on your browser to Request password reset and use the special mode to try login, it should work

Maybe try to login via the Public mobile app instead.  You can also try a different web browser or a separate device. 

If you need service right away, it might not be a bad idea to purchase a payment voucher either instore (ie. shoppers) or online (muskbird.com - service fee applies) and dial 611 on your phone to load up the voucher to get your service going.

submit ticket with support using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
